1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
2. How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please contact us by email with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide you with the next steps.
3. Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are made via the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours and provide supporting photos.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return. Customized or special-order items may also be non-returnable.
